During his career, Alexandre Fournier has trained and accompanied various crisis management actors. He has led and coordinated several simulations of cyber crisis management, business continuity and IT recovery. He is also the founder of the magazine Crise&Résilience.
Karine Maréchal Richard

With more than 15 years of experience, Karine Maréchal Richard has led various large-scale projects in the field of business continuity and crisis management for the private (banking, insurance), public and para-public sectors. She shares her experience with key resources in continuity and crisis management in order to develop their skills. She has facilitated and coordinated several exercises in these areas.
She guides senior executives to develop and implement a business continuity and crisis management culture in their organizations. She is developing her expertise in continuity and cyber crisis management.
